So, if you haven't made an appointment for your "up do", it might be too late.
But at Blog Prom, it doesn't matter what you look like! You can arrive at Blog Prom with your coffee and bunny slippers on, we'll never know!
However, many of you lovelies made a sincere effort to look decent for Prom once upon a time. So, I'm posting the pictures I've received. If you sent me more than one, I'm posting my favorite of the ones you sent, because I'm the psycho bossy girl today like Patty Simcox from Grease.
If you'd planned to send me your prom picture and forgot, you can still send and I'll keep updating all day. sonia.sunshine13 at gmail dot com.
Also, SUPER DELUXE IMPORTANT FOR TODAY, send me your RSVP. As in, if you are "attending" Prom tomorrow, email me your name and blog link as well as that of your date and their blog or if you are attending with a group, everyone's name and blog. There will be some crazy contests and voting tomorrow (think along the lines of "Most Likely to Spike the Punch") so you'll want to have the complete list first thing for having the most fun.
Without further ado...feel free to experience shock and awe at the gratuitous use of AquaNet. Blogger name and links are posted UNDER each photo.
Sunshine (far left, blue dress) with friends, senior promIs Gina not the hotness? She's my date...
Colleen of The Delaney Diaries(this prom photo is BEFORE Colleen had naked pictures of herself posted on the internet, but you'll have to read her blog to find out that story)
Ms. La (on right) of Confessions of the Perfectly Imperfect who wishes she still looked that good but I can say I wish I looked that good too! Gorgeous, dahling!
Edge (who dug up a bush from his mom's front yard for his date's corsage) of Edge of the Blade
MJD of Return of the White Robin going with hubby to (gasp!) chaperone Prom
Daddy D of Mama Said, Papa Said
Tink (on left) of Pickled Beef, who took her friend and really, should have taken the one guy from Geometry with the bad skin and chronic halitosis instead
Big Pissy and her date, in their blurry finery. I'm thinking of starting a fund drive to buy Pissy a scanner. Girlfriend can't focus a camera to save her damn life.
Kerry of Lavender Lily who went full on queen mode and donned the tiara and faux fur
Mother Hoodwink, who went on to marry her prom date
Beth of Perfect Neurotic...so sultry, so demure, and much more awesome hair than her teenage counterparts as her stylist was a drag queen
Corky the magnificent, not a Prom picture, but we don't care here. And don't worry, I already told him how disappointed I was he didn't look like a crazed lunatic like I was hoping for...instead, opting for the Alex P. Keaton look.
Where are your photos? Bring 'em on!

This is SO awseome.
It's so fun to look back. I'm so sad I can't find my pic!!!
Those pictures rock!
I love your idea for a prom. Since I attended none of mine, I cannot participate. But love the stories and photos
Teri - anybody can come hang out tomorrow, no previous Prom experience required!
The posts with the photos and any prom horror stories have been purely for fun. Join us tomorrow if you want!
Those are great shots...
My mom has my prom shots... and we do not know where they are...so many kids, so many moments, so many pictures...so many albums...no time...
alas I will miss the prom... but love gazing at the beauties you have posted!!
These are awesome! I'm so glad you came up with Blog Prom Sunshine.
My date for tomorrow is Mamalujo. Although I don't know where he has run off to since closing his blog. *Sigh* I might be stag this year. Better than going with the drama queen of proms-past though. ;)
The one who married her date, he was cute! I married my high school "sweetheart" as well.
The full on queen thing made me laugh hysterically.
Great Pictures. I'm looking forward to the prom tomorrow.
I am looking forward to prom day as well. I am sure prom nights on Tuesday are the best. We will all have an excuse to miss work the next day.
All the photos are great!
Love them!
Took me all day to dig up that corsage. And we do things bigger in Texas, like my date's smile. If I could take back one date in high school it would have been that one.

These pictures have taught me two things...
1. There are a lot of cute girls out there, and
2. Man, I'm getting old. :P
Hey! YOU try taking a picture of a wallet sized photo, then zooming and cropping it so you can actually see the picture!
Then you can talk shit! *LOL*
oh my god look at you all!! such finery!!
mine are in my mother's garage locked away forever.
FOREVER!!! ;p
I think our bangs are the same height Sonia ;-). Totally cute pics...I'll hang out today....I was out on Monday (sorry! Kitchen renovation in full swing!)
I'm sorry I didn't come by sooner. I've been a bit absent from the blog world as of late. But you got so many great photos! This was a great idea, Sonia. Thanks for letting me play!
